Age 25
Height 176cm, 5'10, 69.5 inches
Starting Stats - 194lb, 25% body fat

History -

I was always fit and healthy untill around 20, doing lots of sports including athletics to county level (I live in England) and lots of Roller skating and hockey.
From 20 to 23 i really didn't do much of anything, i'd stopped doing things more and more in my late teens. I decided i needed to get in shape again and joined a gym and started watching what i ate. This lasted about 9 months, i went from 180lb to about 165lb, mainly weight training with a little cardio. I stopped mainly becuase a visit to the gym was taking me almost 2 hours, door to door, even tho i only usually trained for 30 mins or so, so i lost motivation, didn't feel like going and gave up the good eating as well as the work outs.
Fast forward a year to 13th Jan 2004, i was sitting there eating a 400g bar of Cadburies Dairy Milk at 195lb feeling and looking fat when i hit a link to Johns site. I decided there and then to sort myself out. I still have the half eaten bar of chocolate on my desk, it's more of a symbol to keep my going than a temptation.

14th Jan to 20th Jan 2004 - I basicly went straight into healthy eating while i decided exactly what i was going to do. I've been living on a pint of skimmed milk and a nutrigrain bar, a tuna baggette (no mayo/spread) and another pint of milk and a reasonable evening meal, all with a lot of water. I really need to go do a proper healthy shop to get some good food into the house again.
I've got an exercise bike and a basic set of dum/barbells comming, which i can't wait for becuase i do actually enjoy working out.
Note for the day - i still hate the foul taste of natural yougart with a passion! low fat fruit for me it seems.

21st Jan 2004 - today made me realise i'm really eating too little. I had a hard day at work and was starving on the way home so i stopped for fish and chips. I only had a small chips with a non battered sausage (this is probably all foreign to the americans hehe!) but still. I've been living on just over 1k cals since the 13th, it's really not a good idea and i need to get my shopping done this weekend so i can eat enough while still staying heathly.

22nd Jan 2004 - Yay! my bike came today, after 30min (!) putting it together i had a decent 30 min session on it at 160bpm. Seems my cardio is still pretty reasonable but oh my god! my legs! someone get me a new pair. I'm going to do daily cardio for a week and ease myself into it, just keep the resistance down and do what my body tells me rather than work to any plan. Long term i will probably mix normal cardio with HIIT on weights days. Still waiting for my weights tho.

Note for the day - Tuna and spaggetti hoops (tinned spaggetti in tomatto sauce, not sure if it's a brit only thing) really don't go together, won't be trying that one again! i had such high hopes for it too.

Current stats - 188lb, 24% body fat

23 Jan 2004 - Took half day off work today, so was temped to snack while i sat at home doing nothing, but i didn't :) weights finally arrived! so i did a short arms work out and another 30 mins on the bike, legs ache still hehe, but i got through it. Am going shopping tommorow, then i'm all set for some proper planned routines for diet and work outs.

25th Jan 2004 - Decided to have a rest day yesterday after 2 days of cardio, i don't want to over do it straight off and i did ache quite a bit. Just done todays 30 mins on the bike at circa 160bpm, it felt much better and easier than it has the first 2 days, mainly on the legs which is where i'm really feeling things atm.
Keeping well to my diet, i always get up late at the weekend to keeping a good meal spread can be a challenge. I went shopping last night and got a whole ton of stuff, trying some Quorn (meat free meat) products as well as some others products that look proetty good. Also picked up my old usuals that i went with last time i was eating properly, lots of good pasta, rice, wholemeal bread, few weight watcher ready meals for when i'm lazy, lots of chicken, some turkey for a change, lots of tuna, salmon, pilchards, skimmed milk etc etc. Should be set for a couple of weeks :)
I've been under eating since i started so i've picked up my diet today and planned for the comming week, gone from only just over 1k cals to closer to 1700, keeping the protein fairly low right now as i'm not doing a ton of weights work, around 30%, fat is pretty low too and making a big point to keep the saturated down. Also i'm avoiding sugary carbs where possable, i've even passed up on my fruit yogarts which i had 3 of per day in my old routine.

Lets see if i can keep good through the week!

Thought for the day - Isn't healthy shopping friggin expensive!

PS - decided to add todays note as a new post incase people thought i wasn't updating, had no replies at all! *sniff* no body loves me *sniff* (shameless plug for someone to post :D )

Healthy shopping IS freakin' expensive. Keep posting man. It'll keep you honest, and keep others motivated. :tucool:

And I get to laugh at funny british food like non battered sausage. :D

27th Jan 2004 - Eeeew back to work and stuff, back to early starts. I am SO not a morning person. I wish i could do my cardio in the morning but i leave the house about 10 mins after i get up and still get to work late hehe. I need to try getting up in time for some breakfast instead of just gulping some milk and eating a nutrigrain bar on the way in.

Anyway, yesterday went ok, first proper day of this while at work, tons of water drunk, tons of toilet visits! and my 30 mins cardio went ok as well, i thought it might be rough after a day at work (desk jobs are SO tireing!) but it was fine. I spent what seemed like 3 hours (was probably 1 max) in the kitchen, but atleast i have some chicken and pasta for lunch for a couple of days.
Still sticking to everything well enough but tommorow might be a challenge, i have to go to the pub at lunch time as a work friend is moving to another site, plan is to eat before we go and drink only water there, but we'll see, i think i can stick to it :)
In other news, it's bloody cold!
Current Stats (last night) 187lb, 24% body fat

30th Jan 2004 (morning) - Had a pretty good last two days. The pub thing i was going to got canceled due to the weather, so i got out of that :)
Stuck pretty well to both my diet and training, the bike is getting easier and i think once i get back from this wekeend, i'm going to consider switching to HIIT. I'm getting back in the swing with my weights and i'm going to up the routine a little, add in some extra lifts and start on the crunchies which i've somehow accidentaly (honest!) missed out so far.
Today i'm driving down to a friends near london for a weekend of excess so i've just done a early (9am IS early for me!) morning 30 min bike session. I decided i'm going to drink what i want but try to go reasonable on the eating, that's the bargin i've come up with for myself. I'll just have to make sure i get right back in the swing when i get back. Hopefully i'll be back in time on sunday for a 30 min session on the bike.

2nd Feb 2004 - Well i guess it was to be expected. Weekend was great, totally great, too great
Pizza (x2), sausage and bacon sandwiches, beer beer and more beer, full english breakfast with pancakes, k that's everything admited to, cept the strange dutch stuff someone brought and some russian evil stuff.
Now i'm back and it's monday and it's caught up with me, feel really rough, left work bang on time and going to bed shortly, no working out for me today, prolly miss tommorow as well depending how i feel. Did eat right today and drank lots of water. Going to go make some sandwiches for tommorow lunch then going to bed

6th Feb 2004 - i went from bad to worse, felt terrable monday and tuesday, thought i'd feel better wed but felt worse, came back from work after half day and not been in since, no working out at all, hell walking is hard work lol, hopefully it'll clear up over the weekend and i can get back on track monday. Still eating well, infact if anything i'm eating less due to sleeping a lot. Oh well, that'll teach me for partying like a teenager :P

thought for the week - I feel like most of the films i've been watching on daytime tv; old and bad

Current stats - 187.5lb, 24% BF

8th Feb 2004 - I'm still not 100% recovered but i do feel much better today. Back to work tommorow to catch up on all that i've missed :( I have the kind of job where if i'm not there, everything gets left till i get back.
I've not done any training for over a week now, but i have been eating well during that time and i had a nice suprise today, weighing in at 184lb, my lowest since before i went away for the weekend of excess, atleast i'm moving in the right direction again and can hopefully put this week behind me.
I'll see how tommorow goes but i don't plan to do anything when i get back from work, don't want to push it too much but will see how i feel.
Btw - all my BF figures since the start have purely been from my tantia scales, i'm going to go measure myself now and see how things are looking from that point of view as according to my scales, my body fat is the same as when i started, despite being 10lb lighter, i know i've prolly lost some muscle this week but not a whole lot considering i've only done what i did for the last year, nothing
I took some pics today as well, i can see some small changes tho this is the first set i've tried to do in a uniform fasion, so hopefully the next lot will be easier to compare to, i'll probably edit this and add the pics a bit later on.

Thought for the week - I might be saying "never again" after that weekend, but it was worth it :D
Just ;)

Current Stats - 184lb, 24% body fat.

9th Feb 2004 - I feel great today! :) Finally i'm over this cold and it's good to have some energy hehe. Work was ok too, lots to do but it went pretty quick.
I've finally put together my MAX-OT workout plan and began it today which felt great to finaly get lifting and doing something after a week of nothing. It's taken some doing as i'm totally limited to free weights. I will be doing the following -

Mondays - Back, Biceps and Forearms
Tuesdays - Cardio
Wednesdays - Chest, Shoulders and Triceps
Thursdays - Cardio
Fridays - Legs Calves and Abs
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Cardio

This is a lot less cardio than i had planned but from reading up, the daily sessions i had planned really aren't necessary, so i'll see how i go with this for a few weeks. I'll mix up standard cardio and HIIT as i see fit.

One major problem i have is that i can easily deadlift and squat all the weights i currently have, hopefully i can get an extra couple of 10 or 20kg plates for them.

I've posted my full workout here -

My home MAX-OT plan (http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/showthread.php?t=920)

If you're reading this feel free to go check it out and let me know what you think, it's my first attempt at a fully free weight plan and my first time using MAX-OT, i'm totally open to suggestions, apart from, join a gym :)

Mini crisis today, we ran out of bagels! i almost called the emergency services, buti pulled myself together and had bread instead :p

Thought for the day - Crab meat still tastes of... wet paper, kinda nothingish. I guess it's better than tasting nasty :jumping:

Extra Update, 9th Feb 2004 - Yesterday i got my girlfriend to take some pics which hopefully will be in a more uniform fashion so i can compare easier going forward. However here's two pics, the dates are on the pics.

http://hometown.aol.co.uk/Jingo8/side+290104.JPG http://hometown.aol.co.uk/Jingo8/side+080204.JPG

Obveously they aren't identical angle, but i think you can see where some of the 10lb has gone, specificly on the belt/waist line. It should be noted that my stomach is tensed in the 2nd pic and not the first.
Long way to go!

12th Feb 2004 - Wow, it's wednesday already. My arms really ached after my work out om Monday, it was really the first seriously heavy lifting i've done in an age, even today they still ache.
My back i could barely feel it'd been worked, but as i'm limited to 80kg for my deadlift and last i knew i could squat over 150kg, it really didn't get a great work out.
Cardio was fine yesterday, i did wonder if i'd suffer after training monday but it was all ok, did my usual 30 mins at 75%. I think i might switch to HIIT tommorow or sunday, see how things go.

I won an ebay auction for some more weights earlier, so the bad news is i really didn't have time for todays work out and pretty much skimped on it, the good news is i now have 160kg of weights which should be plenty for a while for me :) i also now have 2 barbells and 4 dumbbells, so i can prep a bit better for a work out and save loading time.

Me and my girlfriend are off to london on friday, we're going to see "We will Rock you" the musical by Queen, spending the night at the Hilton then comming back late saturday. I will be keeping as close as possable to my usual nutrition plan while there, no weekend of excess this time :) tho it's going to be tough to pass up on the full english breakfast, if you've ever seen a Hilton breakfast spread, you'll know why! hehe, atleast they have a great selection of serials juices and cold meats. Next update will probably when i get back saturday or sunday, if anyone is actually regularly reading :)

In other news - Since i started my scales have shifted between 24 and 25% body fat, despite losing 10lb. Today they finaly reported 23%, yay! :claphigh: I know they're unaccurate, but it's still nice to see the figure comming down, unaccurate or not the number getting smaller can only be a good thing :)

14 Feb 2004 - Yay! I'm back and no harm done hehe. The show was great and we had fun ;)
The only really bad thing i had was 2 bottles of beer during the show. Apart from that i had a semi ok sweet and sour chicken with boiled rice, a couple of plain bagels, both with turkey and no spread and for breakfast i had corn flakes with skimmed milk and a couple of wholemeal bread rolls with a ham slice in each (i cut the fat off!), and a low fat yogurt. So all in all a good trip away :)
Did my first proper legs and abs workout today about 2 hours ago, i love working my legs as they're my strongest part, but i still feel sick from the abs work lol

17th Feb 2004 - Seems my weight has gone up a little since the weekend, might be coincidence, i can't think it did me that much harm.
Mondays Biceps Back and Forearm workout went much better than last week, but i'm kinda worried i don't ache much this morning lol, i know you don't always have to ache to have acheved, but it sure is comforting :jumping:
My Whey arrived yesterday yay! I threw out my old lot as it really didn't mix well and made me nearly sick. I was pretty doubtfull about this but i mixed it up last night after my workout and it tasted ok, definatly not mcdonalds milkshake quality, but better than medicine :D
In a big breakthrough - I got up 30 mins earlier today and had cereal and a shake before i left for work(i usually get up and leave the house about 5 mins later carrying some food), hopefully i can keep this up! now i just need to get to bed earlier.

20th Feb 2004 - Yay it's thursday already! this week has gone pretty well.
My chest/arms work out went pretty well, cept my triceps really burnt after completing the first set, i could'nt bend them properly and it really hurt, so i left it at that, i'll go in at a slightly lower weight next week and maybe warm up a bit more.
I'm well into my protein shake taking now, it's kinda ok once you're used to them :) rest of my diet still going ok, except...
I've still not lost any weight in the last 10 days or so :( i've stayed possative but i have to admit it's starting to worry me a bit, i'm going to give it till tuesday tho, as that's where my weeks end for comparison. I did report at 22% body fat today tho despite not losing any weight which is a new losest, so i'm taking heart from that.
Oh i took some new pics too, will get them up soon.
In other news - I've reached my pic/smiley limit for my main post! oh nos! i decided i'd keep one post with all the updates in so if people posted and a discussion stated, i'd still have all my updates together at the start, i think i'll keep doing that but just take out the smiles, but it just won't be the same! *sniff* maybe i can beg john to let me break the rules :D my chances? yeah not great lol

22nd Feb 2004 - Not really much to update, not done much over the weekend, work out friday was fine, as was todays HIIT. It actually went better than the last lot so hopefully that's a good sign.
I've been spending a bit of time going over my diet, wanted to make sure i'd not missed anything that might be resulting in me not lossing any weight for a good while.

Says it all i think :) finally my weight moves yay! that was such a huge pick up for me, i feel full of confidence in what i'm doing again and ready to tackle the months ahead.
Also today i was playing around with graphs and if you take Mr John Stone 's weight loss graph from the day he hit 194lb and look at the next 6 weeks, the time since i started, we both lost the same amount of weight over that period. That gave me a huge pick up given the end results John acheved :)
Now i have to go edit out all these smiles so i can add this to the main post! i realy should be allowed my smilies :( i don't abuse them! wouldn't ever do that :jumping: and i post so much! think i'll get extra smile allowance?
Prolly not
Note for the day - I have a theory that john does a search for any posts with his name in them when he hits the forum so i just happen to have mentioned John Stone more than once in this post to see if he reads it! keke! :claplow:

26th Feb 2004 - Another nice drop today, life is so much better when you know you're losing weight hehe! I did some measuring today as well, comparisons to my first measure at the start of this on 14th jan, my abdomen has gone from 38 inches to 35.8, great stuff! yay! Other measurements are a little all over the place, probably due to my inconsistancy more than anything, but my average body fat level derived from 3 measurement based sites is now 20.17, it was 20.99 on 8th feb, so definatly improvement there too!
I have to visit another site for work tommorow, i'm taking my food along but i hope i have good access to water!

1 March 2004 - I swear there's more monday mornings per year than any other day! Weekend was good tho i didn't do much (as usual hehe), cept go to my parents and clear out lots of my old junk.
Stuck to diet all weekend, even on friday when i have to visit another site for work, i took my food with me and managed to drink plenty of water, even turned down the buffet they'd put on for us. Actually one of the guys there had just lost 3 stone on atkins, he looked great which gave me a decent boost, imagining he prolly looked like me hehe.
Cardio is going well. I'm pretty much doing standard cardio all the time now, with HIIT only really when i'm short on time. I've upped my standard cardio sessions to 45 mins from 30, mainly becuase i'm now set up to be watching DVDs while i work out, time passes so quick that way! hehe.
Weight loss still moving ok, tho i'm fearfull this is shortly going to go into another plateo, hopefully not!

3rd March 2004 - I've been making small changes to my diet since i started, the largest being while i was stalled for 2 weeks dropping a lot of milk from my diet to keep my sugar intake down.
I've been considering supplimenting with flax oil recently, my diet is extremely low fat, 8-10% and so could do with a boost. I've decided tho i'm just going to include some nuts during the day and use a little olive oil at night and leave it at that, i will just have a half ounce or so and use olive oil on my chicken. The other important change i'm making right now is to remove my nutrigrain bars! I've already stopped eating one as an afternoon snack and will cut my mid mornngi one too, but this leaves me with no mid morning/afternoon snack. Instead of 4 slices of bread at lunch with a tin of tuna, i'm going to have 1 mid morning and mid afternoon and the other 2 at lunch time, i'll also be having my nuts at lunch time. Hopefully this will keep me running smoothly all day long and avoid the sugar boosts i had with milk/snack bars.
Week 7 ends today and i have to be happy really, i'm averaging 2.2lb per week and on target for where i want to be! Can't say there's huge differences in the mirror or pics but that will come.

7th March 2004 - This past week i've really been feeling better for the first time since i started. I can feel it being easier to run up stairs, to walk around, i feel the need to just jump every now and then lol. I'm feeling lighter :) and with more energy. I really have to work on my sleeping now to make the most of it. A lot of my tiredness is due to lack of sleep rather than anything else. If i got more sleep i'd feel even better. I'm working on it and have got better, but not there yet.

I had friday off work, just went into town with my girlfriend then we went bowling which was fun. We usually have a couple of drinks there then eat something nasty and fatty afterwards, so it was strange not to do that!

This morning i had a nice suprise, 2lb lost in a day! i love days like this, makes up for all those days you weight in the same as you did the previous day, or even heavier, our bodies sure are strange!

10 March 2004 - Well i had my first couple of demotivated days monday and yesterday. Really didn't feel like working out, wanted to just blow out on a ton of junk food, had a crap day at work where i couldn't get going, so time went slow and i thought more about eating hehe.
I looked at my progress charts and how far i still have to go and that helped a bit, as well as thinking about being in shape, thinking about seeing my friends for the first time and their comments, thinking about skiing this winter.
Well i got through it, tho i did a really bad work out monday, no focus at all. I didn't eat bad cept for one extra nutrigrain bar which isn't a problem, did my full cardio yesterday. I made sure i got an early night and today has been much better! Felt back on track and feeling good again. I've just had some extra lean sausages which i love! instead of my usual chicken for tea, so i've had a lovely meal and stuck to my goals through a rough patch! go me.

Reminder for the day - If you feel bad and blow out on bad food, you'll still feel bad, but feel fat too! Don't do it!

17 March 2004 - Wow i've been busy recently. Working hard and late, fitting in my weights and cardio, birthday visits and other family stuff etc etc. Had to visit both sets of our parents for meals, but managed to get them to cook food i could eat, so that was ok :)
I'm now at half way stage and i've got there quicker than i'd planned for. If i lose the same amount again, i'll be exactly where i hoped to be! Just gotta stick with it.
Oh, when i do my cardio, i watch an episode of Angel, but i'm up to episode 10 now, so with 3 episodes a week to watch i'm going to run out soon! Going to have to find something else to watch hehe

23 March 2004 - Seems these updates are getting less frequent. it's not due to a lack of motivation, i'm still fully sticking with everything and happy with my progress even getting more motivated as i get clsoer to my goals, it's just that i'm in a routine now really. It doesn't seem hard or strange to stick to my eating routine, i don't get cravings for the things i'm not eating, i'm used to getting up earlier for breakfast and to making my lunch the night before. I'm past the experimenting stage with my lifting, so i know what to put on the bar to hit my rep range goals. I'm seeing some strength increases but no real size/lbm changes, but that's to be expected as i am pretty low on intake. When i get to my target i'm going to be adding 1000 cals a day, that'll take some getting used to! hehe.
I had a good weekend, just chilled and was 2lb lighter on the scales monday morning, making this a 3lb week so far (my weeks end wensday) which is nice after a couple of slow weeks.
I'm still ahead of my target of early june, infact i'm looking at mid may if i keep up the current rate of loss, tho i'm not changing my target to may becuase that'd just set me up for disapointment if i don't hit it.
Finaly - My real BF is around 17% now, down from 26ish, my scales are still reading 21% so i'm going to try resetting them to athlete tonight and see what that gives me, might change to that if it's more realistic.

28 March 2004 - It's sunday yay! I love sundays. For some reason i always weight in much lighter at the weekend. I think this is mostly to do with the fact i get up later, so fast for longer, so am lighter, but the funny thing is i nearly always keep that weight off for mondays weight in, strange. Anyway i weighed in 1.5lb lighter this morning that i was friday, yay me.
I've also decided i'm going to cry cutting out dairly products for a few weeks. I've been waking up with a very congested throat/mouth/chest since i started, really phlegmed up, so i'm going to see if cutting dairly, sepcificly my whey shake has any effect on this, hopefully it won't lol, becuase i really like my milk :)
Current stats - 170.5lb, 21% Body fat (wow these scales really are inaccurate, they dropped 3% over 17lb lost lol)

29th March 2004 - I've mentioned before that the body fat figure i list every update is just from my tanita scales, which i know to be inaccurate and getting more so. So i've decided i'm going to stop listing it. What i'll do is just list my weekly figure that i calculate once a week. I get this figure from three websites that take measurements, i then average the end result.
I thought i'd list my figures since i started today then carry on from there

14 Jan - 194lb, 25.8%
21 Jan - 190lb, 24.3%
28 Jan - 187lb, 23%
4 Feb - 185lb, 23%
11 Feb - 183lb, 21.3%
18 Feb - 184lb, 21.7%
25 Feb - 181.5lb, 20.7%
3 Mar - 178.5lb, 19.3%
10 Mar - 177lb, 18.6%
17 Mar - 175.5lb, 17.9%
24 Mar - 172.5lb, 16.5%
31 Mar - 170.5lb, 15.5%

I estimate these figures to be within about 1% accuracy, my LBM is around 143-146lb

Current stats - 170.5lb, 15.5% Body fat (please read update to explain the change in body fat)

5 April 2004 - Lots to write about this morning :)

I had my first real cheat meal/day on friday. I had fish and chips for dinner with a can of beer and a muller rice yogart afterwards. Not too bad but worse than i've been eating.

Reason for this was, after almost 23 hours of ringing ticket lines on redial and hitting refresh on the PC at home and work, i finally got 2 tickets for Glastonbury! yay! For you forigners it's the biggest and oldest of the summer festivals here in the UK, 112k tickets at £112 (£10 million or $18 million takings, not bad hehe) each and they had 2 million hits on the website in the first 5 mins and 2500 people on the phone lines at the quietest point at 3am. So w/e of 26/27 June healthy eating is going somewhat out of the window. By then i will have finished my fat loss stage anyway, so it won't be too disasterous.

Speaking of Glastonbury, it's given me a huge motivation boost! I want to be out there, shirt off showing myself off to everyone and the camera's! Sure i won't be rippling muscles and stuff but i won't be embarised either :) maybe i'll get a tan for it hehe.

Speaking fat loss, it's my birthday on the 14th which being on a wednesday just happens to be my weekly measure day, and the comming 2 weeks go as the average do, i'll have lost exactly 2 stone by my birthday! Stones are big phycological barriers to those of us who use them hehe, so it'll be nice to say i have lost 2 stone.

Speaking of ending my fat loss stage... (lots of "speaking of" in this update) I weighed in at 168.5lb this morning, which is around 15% body fat and 25.5lb lost, by my estimates (i have a +/-3lb for my LBM for all calculations) that will leave me with around 13lb to lose to hit my goal of 8%. I plan to stop when i'm happy with how i look, rather than when i hit 8%, but i'm using that figure as a guide.

25.5lb lost with 13lb to go sounds kinda nice :) 2/3 of the way there, now it's the tough bit to go and a race to get there before the warm weather comes!

Current stats - 168.5lb, 15% Body Fat

14 April 2004 - My Birthday! Today i have to change all my formula's over to account for me being 26 and not 25 lol

A few weeks ago i'd set a goal of 28lb lost by my birthday, just because it seemed i could reach it and it'd be nice to have lost 2 stone (14lb = 1 stone) on my birthday. I didn't quite reach it at 27.5lb, but i'm still happy :)

I've been super busy at work recently and still am, but i hope to go to the cinema tonight with my gf, just to get out and do something. No treats or birthday cheats for me but i am being cooked spagetti bolognase as a treat :)

I had a bit of a bad easter, not due to eating chocolate but due to not eating enough of anything, i was really lazy and didn't get up very early, so my meal plans got messed about a bit. My LM is showing towards the lower end of normal but no huge difference from when i started so i'm not too concerned. Just need to get back in the routine, not long to go now! hopefully i'll be looking at being finished this time next month! :claplow:

27th April 2004 - Wow doesn't time fly when you're busy. I've been super busy at work recently and had a lot to do at home, so not really had time for forum posting.
My diet is still going well and i'm eating properly, it's basicly a habit now, it doesn't seem like an effort, it's just what i do.
Cardio and weights have been slacking recently if i'm honest, i think the major problem is i like to see results and while on a large deficite diet, there isn't any real results from lifting. I plan to get back on track in a big way shortly when i finish my weight loss.
Hopefully the way things are going i'm looking at early to mid june for ending weight loss and getting on to some proper muscle building!
