I just can't seem to make myself change my whole diet. I have worked out or exercised everyday for 24-25 days. I split each weight lifting day by a cardio day.
I do feel better and I know that I am developing muscle. I am not eating any more or any less than normal. I have all but cut out sodas. I now mostly drink water and green tea.
I do love to eat however. I can't fathom eathing the things that John eats though I truly admire that resolve.
What I am really wanting to know is this. Am I going to start losing weight as I build up more muscle without a super change in my eating habits. I know logically that my body will start to respond and begin to lose.....
Bah, I don't know what I really want to know. I'm just a bit frustrated, but haven't lost my motivation to workout each day.
Anyway, sorry for babbling. Move along, nothing to see here folks :whistle:
