It's been a little over a year since I started my transformation... i'm about 100 lbs of fat down. I'm feeling pretty confident about the next year. I've set my goals and I keep moving on. Looking foward to getting down to 10% bodyfat and then building some serious muscle to take care of the loose skin i've acquired and then another cut...i'll probably do this for the rest of my life! I wouldn't have it any other way.
Thanks to everyone here for your help, JSF, Swole, everyone, thank you.... I look forward to another year with you all!!

First and last photos are before and the middle is right now and yes I know I am in need of a tan!!

Great work! That, of course, is an understatement, but I never can come up with worthy compliments.
