I love everyone's feed back and support but I feel rather isolated in a certain way because I hav enot run into women in their 50's. I know my physiological changes are much different now than when I was in my 40's or 30's. I would just like to have some one to exchange posts with who maybe facing dome of the same issues I am.

This is not to take away from all the wonderful support I get here form both the younger women and men of all ages. That has been aboslutely wonderful adn incredibly motivating.
