hi everyone. i've been reading this forum everyday since discovered it 3 weeks ago. this site is truly amazing, very inspirational and informative. however, this is my first post.
started training - nutrition, cardio, resistance - about a year. started at 12% bf.

current description:
height 5'7" weight 143 bf 9%

goal:
weight 145 bf 7.5%

current fitness regimen: max ot
sunday - chest, abs
monday - hiit (treadmill 26 min total, 2 min @ 6.5, 1 min @ 10.0, 8 cycles, plus 2 min cool down)
tuesday - back, bi's, tri's
wednesday - legs, abs
thursday - shoulders
friday - hiit (treadmill 26 min total, 2 min @ 6.5, 1 min @ 10.0, 8 cycles, plus 2 min cool down)
saturday - rest

nutrition: very good 2000 cal/day, one day splurge 3000 cal

any suggestions to shake that last bit of bf off?
