I'm starting to work out again at a gym next week, and my trainer is a huge believer in circuit training. I always prefer a cut appearance, fwiw.
I'm wondering what anyone with experience thinks of circuit training? I have 11 months and I was wondering what sort of results circuit training would give in comparison to say, straight weightlifting.
My goal is to bulk up a decent amount and then end the year by being cut. It seems the benefits of circuit training are more for sports, and for cardivascular health. Assuming I wanted to bulk up (currently have very little muscle) and eventually have a cut look (my goal is to achieve in 11 months what John did in 6. Based on his pictures) What do you folks think my best route would be?
I know questions like this have been asked on the forum, but I Wasn't able to gather sufficient ifnormation from any of them regarding my situation.
