so yeh i decided to change my split and am currently doin

chest/tris

back/bis

shoulders

and legs everyday for my knee rehab with abs incorpoated on my off days...i lift every other day btw

for my back i do the following
lat pulldowns
bent over row dumbell thing i guess its called
lower back machine

and thats it...should i add in another excercise for my upper back such as the machines or something...i am not strong enuff to do pull ups yet...and my school gym does not have that assisted pull up thing...i am seeing my back get bigger but jus wanan kno

Try some neg pull-ups or hangs at the beginning of your workout to help build up strength faster.

Negative pull-ups are just doing the negative (eccentric) portion of a pull-up. Get on a box something and place yourself as you would be at the very top of a pull-up and then kick the box out and lower yourself down slowly.

Hangs are about the same, get yourself in the top position again and kick out the box and just hold yourself in that position.

Keep working at it until you can do a full pull-up. Then do one, wait a minute, do another, wait a minute, do another, until you've done a certain number. (Each workout after that try to do as many as you can in each set, so maybe: 2, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1)
