I used to weigh 155 and I weigh 180 now.
Do the math :) 25 lbs. Most of it is lean mass I hope.
I think i want to go to 190 or 200 then cut.
I m sure that second cycle of cutting phase would be a lot easier because I know what to eat, and what to do .
No running.... Stairclimber&Elliptical for 45 min.

25lbs in around 3 months? Looking at your pics i doubt most of that is lean mass, maybe a third of it is actual lean mass but the rest is probably water and fat.
Whats your bulking diet look like now?
