View Full Version : Great progress John Stone! eurosport September 28th, 2004, 08:21 PM :tu: Is it due to the Max-ot or a nutrition tweak? John Stone September 29th, 2004, 01:28 PM Thanks. I'd say my progress has cetainly been helped by a sound diet and hard work in the gym, but it's mostly because I'm actually able to lift weights again. ;) It's amazing how much muscular development slows when one can't lift anything heavier than a protein shaker for over eight months... Qimbz September 29th, 2004, 01:29 PM I know this is off topic, but considering you're already here I decided I may as well ask :P In those pictures for 2003 I believe it was, where you wee tanned. Was that a real tan? or a fake one? How long did it take to get if it was real, or what product was it if itw as fake? ;) looked good! Did you look at his name He's John Stone the creator of this sight and the sole reason for it he had logged his workouts and meals for almost 2 years now! But if you were not kidding I would advise you to visit www.johnstonefitness.com and look at his awesome commitment and progress. Dan badgolfer September 29th, 2004, 03:55 PM I am pretty sure he was kidding. I cant believe it was eight months that you were having that trouble for. It went by fast. All things considered though I dont think you lost that much muscle mass. I am guessing the diet helped to preserve it. Its obviously coming back on fast too. Keep up the good work. :tucool: Danny Noonan September 29th, 2004, 04:01 PM Do you workout or keep track of your diet? I didn't see anything in the FAQs? Help a noob out. :claplow:  |
