Ok, I am in the need of a good, no make that GREAT Intermediate weight routine.
Let me give a little info so as to make it easier for you to help.
I started lifting again about 12 weeks ago. I have gone from 215lbs to 194lbs. I am still need to drop my weight/bf to about 185ish.
So I still have some fat loss to go, calorie bulking will not be good right now.
Ok, I have a home weight system.
I have dumbbells, bench bar, E-Z curl. I have a simple bench with leg attachment.
In about a week I will be getting a rack so squats and things like that will be possible.
I do not like full body workouts. I try to work out 4 days, 2 on, 1 off, 2 on type of thing.
All suggestions are welcomed. If you need more info feel free to shoot me a private message if needed.
