I'm just starting my fat-loss training by running about 30 min everyday. Although I have the motivation, I can't get rid of trainingache. So if I run monday I'll have to wait until thursday for not be sore in my legs. So my question is:

What is the best way to recover after training besides stretching?
Is there anything in the nutrition that can help me run more often?
