after I hurt myself 9/4 I didn't work out for awhile but I started up again last week. I did my leg day on Thurs (squats, deads, calves). the workout went fine, but it was only today that I can use stairs without wincing and my quads are still a little sore. I could barely walk on Saturday. just getting in and out of my car was trauma.

I guess I don't have a point here other than if you haven't done a routine for a few weeks don't just jump back to the weight you were doing before... yeeeowch!
