Not quite as good as I would have liked, but getting there. My weight has remained pretty constant, but my bodyfat has gone down from 19-13%. I am using a 6 meal a day plan, with around 2100 calories per day, which may be too low. I am lifting 4 times per week and doing cardio at least 5 mornings per week for between 40-45 minutes. I have been doing a lot of road biking this summer, usually somewhere around 120 miles per week. My ratios are approximately 40% each protein/carb, 20% fat. Suggestions on what I should change out would be appreciated.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. The people on this site really help to make you feel like you are making some progress. And the fact that shirtless photos make it impossible to hide your fat makes it easier to stick to a diet plan. Except for when my daughter brings home Double Stuff Oreos. Damn, I swear those things call me from the cabinet.
