Hello. I'm trying to lose some fat and was wondering if this would be ok. I got this off of www.bodybuilding.com somewhere. Doesn't really seem like enough, but let me know your opinion. Thanks.

Are you doing any cardio or are you just trying to lose weight by lifting? I think you need to throw in some cardio days, diet, and lift for maximum weight loss.

The routine doesn't really have much to do with fat loss at all ... you can do any style of training, and lose fat, provided you burn calories. What is the key is proper nutrition. What's your nutrition plan look like? You can do all of the weight training and cardio in the world, and not lose an ounce of fat if you are not eating correctly.

Sorry I wasn't too detailed about my whole plan. I'm not new to dieting or anything, I've been working out for about 4 years, and I lost 60 lbs in high school....but after 2 years of college I put on 20 lbs, some muscle, mostly fat though. Anyhow, I do 45 minutes of cardio 3 maybe 4 times a week. My diet isn't the best but I don't think its anything to hold me back. It's hard to eat well in college...im not making excuses but it really is. I'm an RA so I have a free meal plan and eat most my meals in the caf, so it gets very boring. But thats for a different forum.....
back to the weight training. I'm looking to keep the muscle I have, so I guess my main question was if that would do it or not. If you think it looks ok, just let me know. Thanks for all the help.
