to have a balanced amount of protein each meal?
and pre-workout meal has to be 50 carbohydrates, 5 to 10 grams of protein, and total approximately 250 calories?
and last but not least,post-workout about 80 carbohydrate grams and 20 grams of protein?

I think it is more important to make your post titles less vague :tu:
anyway - I don't know what is the "right way" but I think if you try to aim for a balanced meal each time, it will make it easier to get your daily totals in the right ratios.

I can't understand what you're asking here. Protein balanced with something else?
and pre-workout meal has to be 50 carbohydrates, 5 to 10 grams of protein, and total approximately 250 calories?
No. What's important is the ratio. Exact numbers and calories depend on your size and your goals.
and last but not least,post-workout about 80 carbohydrate grams and 20 grams of protein?
Again, your size and your goals.
Don't get too wrapped up in numbers, especially if you're just starting out. It's the bigger picture that matters. :tucool:
