To keep me from slacking, here's month 4. Not much change from the previous month. I still have that stubborn fat covering up my abs, which is frustrating. I'm on week 2 of a meal plan, so I'm sure it will just be more time. I know I've definitely gained more strenght. Although 'benching' isnt the most important, I started a few months ago at a mere 135, and now am around 210 comfortably. My pose here is poor, but so be it. I've lost a few pounds, but am shooting more for the bodyfat. More work to do! :db:

yeah, you can't have much to go, there is HUGE muscle mass there!

*chuckles* I dont think by any means its 'huge', but thanks :) Super: Using pretty much the freeweights at the gym, with the occasional machine if the freeweight benches are all being used.

Heh.. I would have to credit to Ludvig, Reno, and everyone here for giving me good advice and helping me along! I can honestly say I wouldnt be here if I werent inspired by John, and so many people here!
