They're good if you're like 120 lbs, but I don't think they'll hold up for an adult. If they're the ones that you unscrew to lengthen, with rubber pads on both ends, I think they will work for people who weigh up to around 200 pounds or so. I recently tried one and it was solid for me at about 150 pounds. I gave one to my nephew to use and he is at least 200 pounds. |
