When you are doing weighted bench dips with multiple 45 lb plates, be careful as you set them down on your lap. I pinched my finger hard, causing me to drop the plate and pinch skin between two 45 lbs. Well, now I have an inch of skin ripped off on my ab. It hurts.
I still finished my workout though! :db:
It's also hard to do weighted bench dips when the other bench is a stability ball, but it works.
