I am looking to begin using max-ot cardio. Has anyone had experience/success with this method and what is the difference between it and HITT? Is MAX-OT done in intervals as well or at a steady, but difficult pace for the recommended 16 minutes?

Do a search cause there was a pretty long thread on this exact same thing (MAXOT Cardio Vs. HIIT) not too long ago.
But, yes it's intervals. If you look at the AST literature or on the website they say to put the bike on "interval setting."
