Hello,
Will it help if I'll train my abs with weights just like any other muscle?
I don't have much fat and my ab muscles are very small.
Some people say you can't put mass on the abs while others say it's possible.
Which one is true??

You can put mass on the abs, but it is very hard to do. You are correct that you should work them with weight if you want them to put on some definition. Think of them as any other muscle. You don't do 100 reps for the bench press and you don't do 100 reps for squats. Why would you work the abs differently?
The abs can be worked in two directions (think of a crunch motion, and then a twisting type motion) and you can separate them out to higher and lower sections.
Try something like weighted crunches and then russian twists. Don't forget to eat right!

I've added a fair deal of ab mass lately. I attribute it to the fact I train them really really hard like I do other muscle. For my crunches I use a decline bench. I hold a barbell palms in resting it on the my scapula and shoulders and do crunches like with weights on it for a total of 90lbs. I get looks from others thinking I am crazy... moral of the story. If you want abs mass, you have devise a way to lift heavy for them. Doing 100s of crunchs is effective for some... but wasn't doing much for me. Always lift heavy is more or less my mantra of late.

put a plate on your chest as heavy as you can do 12 crunches
i really also like knee raises if you have a workout tower

I've been using the crunch machine at my gym. I have been playing with various seating heights to try and target higher and lower areas of my abs. Unfortunantly, I can't really see through my fat to my abs yet. :d_frown:

Your sixpack is made in the kitchen. You just make it better at the gym.
