Hey all,
Just wanted to share some pictures. I can't really see that big of a change in the pictures but I can definately feel the difference. The end of this week will be marking the first month of my transformation and the first month of me being totally smoke free. I have gone from 255-240lbs and I have never felt better. I plan on adding pics every week or so and I will make a post with current weight and bf% when I add a new folder of pics.
thanks for looking!

It definatley looks like you have lost some fat in your chest and mid section. Keep going! My first month was the hardest to get through but after that it gets easier to stay on track. keep taking pictures so you can see the results of all your effort.

sigh... my hard drive took a crap on me... lost like 2-3 yrs worth of pictures.. It sucks so much but hopefully I can recover some info off the drive. I especially wish I backed up the pictures because I had pictures from previous vacations where I had my shirt off so it would have made for some great before/after pics. Thankfully the pics on my photobucket account are still there. I will get pics on friday and measure myself and update my weight and bf%.

If you could have an internal pic to show how much better your lungs look after 1 month, that would be motivating for you. Great job on 30days without smoking. It gets easier every month, and for me, now 9 months smoke free, i can at last say i will never smoke again. Keep going.
Also, your pics are good. You have a wrestler build i think. :tu:
