i know we all have one...or a few...specific exercises that have kicked your ass time and time again and come hell or high water you will beat them.
a month ago i couldnt do more than 4 dips on a dip assist machine with a 50lb resistance to help me out, 2 sets max....today i did 4 sets of 3 dips a piece...NO assist. IN spite of my shit day i've had today, all the demons i was working out in my session today...i smiled like an idiot :claphigh: i'm pullin up 248lbs so i'm pretty proud of myself.
new personal best on tricep extension too. 5 sets 5 reps each, 60lbs. up from 3 sets 7 reps each 40 lbs. a month ago
