Ok, for once I have no idea what to do for my weight training program. I usualy have no problem whipping up a routine but with my new schedule and new goals I'm kind of lost. Maybe someone could help me out. I am 6'1/2'' 205 lbs. I want to lose fat and maintain muscle. I have 2, 3 days tops to do weight training. All I need is a split. I can spend about an hour lifting, maybe a little more. I was thinking Chest/Arms one day and Shoulders/Back the other, then Legs on any day I can squeeze them in. Then, I coulnt figure out how many sets or exercises I should do. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Have you looked at the Turbulence Training programs by Craig Ballantyne at cbathletics.com? If I remember correctly, it's a 3 day a week program, and it never took me more than 45 mintues to finish.

Check out issue#80 of his newsletter at cbathletics.com. I'm pretty sure that's the issue with a TT workout in it.

I will look into that. Thank you.

Don't forget to comtemplate a full body workout. 1-2 sets for about 12 exercises covering all major muscles, start with largest muscles go to smallest. Minimum rest between sets.
