I may have slightly bastardized it, but here's basically the approach I took yesterday for shoulders, and I'm having delt soreness today - something I can almost never get. I did four supersets with less than a minute between each one. Each superset consisted of back-to-back 4 sets. Superset:
Weight I can do 10 or more side laterals with. Go to failure. Immediately with the same weight do the front delts, then immediately with same weight do the bent over laterals (for the rear). Then immediately to a pretty light barbell for upright rows.
