I have been trying to see if anyone has mentioned this on the forums but I cant seem to locate anything on this supplement.

Greens Plus [+] for those not eating enough green vegetables and such. Does anyone else take it or anything like it? I do and it seems to help me feel great. I've actually begun eating vegetables so I dont require it near as much but I still like it. It seems to have a lot of good things in it.

a friend who works in a health and nutrition store has been recommending greens to me for months now. i'm going to pick some up this week and give it a try (two glowing recommendations in enough for me!)
how much are you using a day? how many natural veggies are you eating too?

i'll probably have 2 or 3 teaspoons a day. thats the recommended on it. I'll just mix with water, and add it to a meal. or to a snack at work. like have a can of tuna and a teaspoon of greens+ in a waterbottle.
I'm eating a few cups of broc or green beans each day too and then another cup or 2 at dinner. So I guess my vegetable intake has increased like never before. [6 months ago i wouldnt eat a thing other than carrots or corn.]

I noticed feeling a litle drained when my greens+ ran out last time and I didnt get more for a few weeks. People at work try and tease me....but i havent been off sick really since starting working out in january. Tease me all you want! lol. Taking even 3 teaspoons a day a botttle of that stuff lasts you a long time. I like that it has some milk thistle in it...lol the anti beer.

If anyone is interested...

I used to take Greens Plus and it is a decent product. However, it really contains only trace amounts of certain vitamins and minerals, so if you are feeling a benefit, imagine how incredible it would be to get the OPTIMAL, rather than trace, amounts.

I found that after focusing on eating more veggies instead of taking on the magic bullet of a drink mix and then switching to a pharmaceutical grade multi, I not only recovered more quickly, haven't come down with anything other than a light head cold and have more energy and sleep more deeply than ever before.

I agreee. focusing on veggies is quite awesome. Im taking what I believe is a really good multi...but as usually im sure there is something better. its the gnc mega men multi. great increase in veggies.
Anyone ever read celestine prophecy?? more important the 3rd book in that? talks about balance of energy and veggies and living for a long time. Weird how all of my progress came just as I was reading that book too. how synchronistic! LOL

I sort of feel that the greens+ is helping me get the extra boost. who really knows.... but it is great. I don't remember last time I was sick.......or hungover even for that matter. in may I called in sick to work but that was because my friend made me call from the bar due to the level of intoxication....lol but i woke up the next morning ready to go. My allergies have even been less than I can remember...still an itchy nose but thats about it. the itchy nose could just be due to the amount of cat hair in this damn house tho....fuck!! [there are 5 longhaird cats running around].
