Current stats: 6'1", 184.5-186 lbs. Goal since April has been to cut some bodyfat, and I've been taking it slow. Weight then was 194-196, so I've dropped 10 lbs. During this time strength has actually improved, and I feel like some muscle growth has occurred, in spite of the slow weight loss.
For those that don't know me, I lost a lot of weight 22-23 years ago, did a lot of cardio for a lot of years, and only started weightlifting in early 2002.
