OK I had this tonight and I thought it was great.

Is it "healthy"? You guys tell me.

Took one can of Progressive "Hearty Tomato" soup (110 kCal / Serving, 2 servings in the can)
Thre stalks of celery, one carrot, and some broccoli.
Minced some garlic, threw in a bunch of pepper and onion powder, and two drops of chili oil (to spice it up).

Heated.

Ate.

Very full.

Low Calories.

Vegetables.

Good meal?
