They are a step ahead of you.... you can get canned salmon just like tuna. So I am sure you could grind your good stuff up if you wanted.

Yeah, you can mash up your fillet if you want to; It'll mix nicely with mayo or yogurt. Just make sure to remove all of the little pinbones first.
