I am currently taking soy protein. I've heard rumors that soy increases estrigen levels. Is this true. I believe I have a case of gyno, (abnormal chest fat :( ) and am trying my damndest to rid myself of it. I've read that it's caused by an imbalance of estrigen in my body. So if that's true, would y'all recommend I switch to Whey protein?
Thanks :tucool:

my research also pointed to soy and estrigen correlations...
I would definently suggest switchiong to whey.
besides, whey is less expensive, and generally a higher consentration of protein per serving... :tucool:

also, whey is an animal protein, which is a complete form of protein. Soy is from a plant, and doesn't have all the necessary amino acids, and therefore incomplete. You want complete proteins for muscle-building.
