I am not new to diet and exercise, but I have forgotten a lot.

I started dieting after I had my beautiful little boy Seth in March of '03. I've tried Atkins, Body-for-life, everything under the sun. I eventually adjusted a plan that suited me.

I left a job I had for 2 years and tried something else and I haven't had good luck with it so I started letting myself go.

Well I had gotten down to a nice 120 - abs and everything, but now I am at 127 and I am ready to start caring about my body again. Women are funny creatures, I think we let our atmosphere and emotions control too much sometimes!!!

Anyways, on a good note I am over all that and I plan on getting myself where I need to be!

I would love any feedback on diet and exercise. :d_biggrin

Okay I never kept up with grams or how many carbs and I did okay last time. So I am not going to this time.

8:00 - Supplement Bar 210 cals
8:10 - Crystal Light 10 cals
11:00 - Beef Jerky & Wheat 185 cals
1:00 - Chicken Salad (Whataburger) 229 cals/ with dressing 35 cals
3:00 - Beef Jerky & Wheat 185 cals
3:10 - Crystal Light 10 cals
4:00 - Supplement Bar 210

Plan for the night
6:30 - Salmon, Asparagus, Green Beans 200 cals
8:30 - Peanut Butter/Apple ? Around 150 cals

Exercise - Arms

I don't know what to call exercises so I will just say today is Arms day! LMAO - Sorry :o

P.S. - Will have before pics up after 2 weeks, I don't want to see what I look like posted on here right now! haha.. ;)
