I ve a question in case to the Beef Jerky Sweet & Hot. What do 100 g ( 3.5 oz ) cost in the USA?
I ve found it in my supermarket yesterday and they want 6 Euro for only 100 g. It seems to me very, very expensive. This would be 60 Euro per Kg.

Beef Jerky here is typically pretty expensive as well unless you can pick it up at a "warehouse club".

At a typical grocery store, a 3.5oz bag is typically $5-$6.

I get 3 4.6oz bags of Jack Link's at Sam's wholesale for $8.62 I believe. Walmart is about $4 for a 4.6oz bag. You can also get 12oz Walmart brand "Great Value" for about $6 I think. In any case, jerky isn't cheap, but don't eat too much b/c it is high in sodium like most things in bag or a can. The Jack Link's is 600mg of sodium per Oz, but it's so good when it hits your lips. :eat:

Not just the sodium, that brand beef jerky has all sorts of nasty preservatives and flavour enhancers (like MSG!!!! :d_eek: ).
