This is what I eat everyday to lose weight

Morning: Right after I wake up
Whey protein 50g
Mulitvitamin

Breakfast: 2-3 hours later
2 cartons egg beaters
2 boca breakfast patties
(eaten with ketchup and hot sauce)
1 slice low carb wheat bread with promise margarine

Workout:

After Workout:
Whey protein 50g
banana
Multivitamin

Dinner: 2-3 hours after workout
1 Boca burger
2 slices of low carb wheat bread
(eaten with ketchup and hot sauce)
20 mini pretzels or Soy chips
1 apple

Night snack: 2-3 hours later
1 serving almonds (raw or roasted)
yogurt or cottage cheese
1 small bowl plain oatmeal

Before bed: 2-3 hours later

multivitamin


I drink whey protein with water and dinner changes from time to time, I have tuna, grilled chicken breast or salmon with a salad or with wild rice every other day. I'm 5'9 and I weigh 203lbs. Is this too much? Too little?
