Hi,

I just found this site and I thought of letting you know. I just had a quick look around and it looks great! It's pretty much like fitday.com, but they have a big food database with pretty much every restaurant and brand you can imagine.

You can log your food and exercise and it tracks both the calories you eat and the ones you burn and it gives you an overall total for the day. You can customize your protein/carb/fat and your other nutrition goals and it gives you feedback on how well you are doing.

You can track loads of things like water, fruit and vegetable portions, weight, body fat, and girth measurements. It also lets you set your weight goals (gain/loss/maintenance) and it lets you know when you will reach them according to the data you put in.

Oh, and it looks good too! ;-)
