I recently ordered Eclipse Complex 24 Multi Vitamins and I noticed that they say take 2 a day. Is this really necessary? Do most of you take Multivitamins twice a day or just once? Any help would be great! :) :tucool:

Yeah, if that's what the bottle says. I take OptiMen and it says to take 2 also. I take 1 in the AM and one in the PM.

Depends, you should look at what is in the vitamins and compare them to what you think you need a day. If it's only 1/2 of what you need then take 2 a day. It's just going to require you to do some research.

it depends on your needs and how many vitamins you need

bigger people need more than small people and more active people need more than less active


btw, i think opti men is the best multi out there
