While I still need to buy the protein supplements, for now I would like to increase my total daily protein intake, which is somewhat too low currently.

From what I understood 1 gram of protein per pound of weight is the ideal. I weigh 100lg/226lbs and thus would need to aim for 200 protein per day.
However my guess is that Im eating 70 g of protein a day.

I am currently in a fatloss diet.

For breakfast, since I take a sweety kind of breakfast, not salty, :p what kind of food high in protein should I eat?

For mid-lunch (around 11-12) I would like to take the white egg, I heard that it gives 20 g of protein. What do you think?

For lunch, Im taking tuna sandwich or ham sandwich.

For 1600 hours, what should I take?

For dinner, I usually take grilled chicken breast (high protein source, something like 50g?), sometimes with veggies, sometimes not ;)

Thanks for you help ;)

It isn't too hard actually. Tuna has around 30g,8 oz chicken breast has 40-50g, 3 eggs have 18g,etc. Take a look at some of my old food logs (http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/showthread.php?t=4557&page=4) from when I was cutting to get a better idea.

Cottage cheese is also a good source of protein. Fat free cottage cheese has 15 g of protein per half cup, with no fat, and only a minimal amount of sugar.

It's pretty hard to find a "sweety" food that's high in protein, as far as I know. What I like is oatmeal + cinnamon + splenda/sugar-free syrup + whey protein powder.

Another one I eat all the time is a pancake made from 1/2 c quick oats, 1/2 c egg substitute, 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein, and a pinch of salt. Cook over low heat like any other pancake, then top with natural peanut butter and sugar-free syrup. This has a good balance of p/c/f (depending on the amount of PB you use), and fills me up for 3 hours easily.
