My wrist was my weakest link in cable curls ... when I went to buy the cambered cable curl bar, the row attachment looked too good to pass up.

Both are great! If you've been holding off on getting bars like these for your home gym, my own advice is: don't! Lifts are so much more comfortable with them. Of course, it's a little too early to be sure, but it seems like I'm hitting my bicep and back much more thoroughly now.

From the very first reps I knew these were great purchases.

I have those bars. I like to experiment by trying different exercises, and one exercise I like to do is to take that short curvy bar and attach it to a high pulley, then while sitting on a flat bench underneath the high pulley, I grab the short curvy bar, and then lay back so my back is laying flat on the bench. Then I pull the bar down towards my chest or abs. Since I am skinny, the curve in the bar allows my hands to go down lower than if I was using a straight bar... feels great! To keep from pulling myself off of the bench as I pull down on the bar, I can put on a weighted vest. I've just bought a weighted vest but haven't tried it yet, but I think it will work.
