okay so i'm cheating....AND HOW!
my company completely dropped the ball on this one.
So i had this training thing scheduled in Jersey...2 1/2 hours from home...confirmed about 3 months ago...NOW yours truly is not the one that is supposed to be keeping track of these things. All of my arrangments are taken care by the powers that be....except they all seem to have FORGOTTEN to take care OF ANYTHING! It was only by chance that i was going through some of my papers yesterday and to my horror realized my training week was....TADA!...this week which means i have be in jersey in a little under 5 hours...so here I go rushing around...laundry...packing...the whole thing. Because noone had bothered to make a note of my little trip i had A. no hotel reservations B. No money to go up there with (usually they give you like $150 to spend in your last paycheck). Luckily i found somewhere to sleep last night...still have no money...so i've been told to room charge all my dinners.....HOORAH!!!!!!!
tonight is Baby Back ribs, buffalo wings, and super chocolate sundae...i'm stressed, my back still kills from Saturdays gym workout...sitting through the first 2 day part of this class (sales and marketing #$%!#@$%!@#$%!#$) JUST to be allowed into the IT/software part wednsday and thursday. So for tonight...it's all about me.
