1 month and 12lbs later. I still got a lot of work to go! Before are the pics with the red shorts, 1 month later pics are black boxers. Does anyone notice much of a difference? Cause I can't yet! 6 feet tall, 217lbs in red shorts. 205 in black.

I can see quite a bit of difference. Much slimmer than before. Another 2 to 3 weeks of hard work and I bet you start to see even better results. It's hard to notice when you see yourself everyday. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the fast reply and the compliments. I can't wait to get below 200! Hopefully in a month when I post another pic I'm a couple lbs less than 200!

You can definitely see a difference. I was in the same situation, I didn't quite notice the weight loss because I still had a gut, but if you look at your arms, chest and the sides of your abdomen you can notice the fat going away. That's the way it happened to me, I didn't notice that my arms were getting so slim and my chest so hard because I just looked at my gut and that's the last thing to go away...

I suppose your right, I tend to judge my own progress on my gut. That could be a good thing and a bad thing. Good: I won't be satisfied until the gut is gone. Bad: I could get too frustrated not seeing the gut going away faster and quit. I hope I'm not satisfied until the gut is gone!

AWESOME JOB!!! That encourages me! My goal was 5lbs a month but to know that 12 is attainable is something to think about. What's you regimene? You can defintelly notice though! keep it up

Thanks, the compliments inspire me to keep at it. I don't have a diet completely set and I don't plan to yet. I just make sure I eat something healthy every 2-3 hours. I've also been making sure to eat enough calories of foods other than junk food or processed foods. I've been doing the eliptical or stationary bike for about 30-40 minutes 3 days a week, and lifting on alternate days, rest on Sundays. I've also been going to open gym and play some basketball here and there. I hope that helps!
