(or anyone else)

I'm finding it so difficult to keep a food log and to be accurate with my measurements. I mean my mum cooks all my food and stuff, so I can only really go off estimates, and usually some stuff she cooks I cannot find the statistics of.

I'm just wondering will I get the same results if I eat clean and not cheat, but not keep a food log?

Use the "fist sized portion" method. Eat a portion of protein and carbs the size of your fist and you should be fine. I've seen many people use this and make great progress. I believe it comes from Body 4 Life.

Otherwise, just eating clean and approximating your intake can work too. It works for me...
