Any opinions on these places? I went there tonight and had a massive salad, some chicken from the soup, and a chocolate chip muffin :whistle: (they're small! really!)

I see the good and the bad to these places- they offer some decent stuff that's not terrible. But they have lots of carb rich stuff (breads, pastas, and desserts) that can lure the unsuspecting person in to eating "healthy"
