His name is Othello and he's an Anatolian Shephard. I've got him for a couple of days while a friend goes away. I've got two Jackies so I'm not used to his size, it just amazes me. He's only 7 months old so he's still got some growing to do. Up to his shoulders he measures 34 inches. I'm told he should grow a few more. He has the most beautiful temprament and loves other dogs. I'm just so tempted to go out tomorrow and buy a couple. :jumping: I know you love taking pics of your dogs john so you might like these (I've taken about 50 so far :spaz: )

They dont get along so well because the Jackies are kind of scared of him. He wouldnt hurt a fly and he just trots up to them and innocently smothers them with his excitement and its a bit much for them to take. After some time they would probably get used to him but I'm taking him back tomorrow.

Here are some pics of my Jackies. Charlie is the one sitting up and is 15 and Rosie the one sleeping is 8.

I can see where they might be a bit scared around such a big dog if they aren't used to it. :)
