I'm up to 12.5 minutes w/a 3 minute warm up. I'll bumping it up to 15 minutes tomorrow.
3 min. warm up then sprinting in 30 second intervals. Is this correct?

Yea, always strive for more each week/day. Is this on an elliptical, treadmill? If so then try to go just a little longer/farther each time. Just keep pushing

It's a stationary bike. I always end on a sprint.
