I was recalling my previous bad experiences while refining a diet program, and one terrible memory came to mind. It was the only time I had a serious cheat day of eat whatever I want, whenever I want. Needless to say, I ate A TON. Anyway, the next morning, when I woke up, my skin, more specifically, my fat felt like it was bruised. It was sore to the touch. Almost like I had stretched my cells store with extra calories. I never did that again...but I was wondering if anyone else has had an experience with this phenomena, or perhaps if anyone would know why I woke up so sore...? Hah, maybe this belongs in off-topic, but oh well.
