Haha! Oh crap...I've had some nyquil induced buffet dreams...but THAT is just a little over the top. But I guess as long as you aren't waking up from those types of dreams with a mouth full of pillow or arm or something, it's all good.

I hate it when I wake up in the morning thinking that I've gone completely off my diet. It always takes me a few moments to realize that gorging done in a dream state does not count.

i know that feeling exactly!! sometimes i do have dreams where i eat a whole cheesecake or something, and think i've completly blown my diet, and i think that everything has been ruined but then i realise it was just a dream
sometimes i dream that i missed a workout, then i check my clock and its 4am :p

I think pillow rates as one of the highest on the Glycemic Index too. Scary.

Thing is my cheat dreams involve sexy women but to each his own. You can tast stuff in your dream but when you realize that fact while dreaming you just wake up so that sucks, especially if your wife is sleeping when you wake up, then you just groan and try to get back to the dream.

Hilarious - When I dream, its like normal for me, I just do normal daily routines and then I eat fast food etc and feel bad about doing it, then I wake up, finding out the cheat was a dream and feel great the whole day

BRO i've been there... back in march when i was on the south beach diet (thank god im still not on that or any 'fab' diet) I had this dream where I was being chased by a giant sandwhich and a giant french bread roll...and then I ended up eating them and got HUUUUUUGE. Changing eating habits messes with your head man...

A couple of weeks ago when I started going to the gym, I got hit with a case of the sleeps about 3 hours post-workout. One afternoon I fell asleep on the couch for a few hours.
I dreamt that I cheated on my diet by scarfing 3 Mars bars. I got so angry at myself in the dream. The dream then morphed into a very macabre Resident Evil-esque nightmare. Yup, this is my brain punishing me.
