Hey all,
Just wanted to put my update out here.
I am on the last day of week 8 of my get fit program.
Starting weight was 215lbs
Today I weighed in at 199!!!
16lbs in 8 weeks, right on track.
I am hitting the weights pretty hard so there is muscle weight added in there too.

Best part is that I was on the tight end of 38inch pants, today I was able to get into and wear to work a little tight 36!!!
