OK, this is going to sound kind of wierd ...
But I'm still losing weight, and I've been doing it by keeping to a fairly standard diet of ~2000 calories (I'm at 204 pounds right now). Today I'm giving blood. Should I eat more to make up for the blood I'm losing? If so, how many calories more?

I don't really eat more when I give blood. I probably do eat on the high end of my range, but no different otherwise.
One thing to think about is how it will affect your weight training splits. Here at my work, we usually have a 3 day period during which we can give. I try to give so that right afterwards I have legs and then back/shoulders since arm work will be tough in the 1-2 days after the needlestick.

I would up the simple carbs before and after the needle stick. That way you wont get light headed. Take a relax day, or instead of lifting/heavy cardio what don't you go for a walk?

I remember looking this up once out of weird curiosity... a pint of blood is about 600 calories.

It's actually not that rare a question.
Don't lift for a day or two after you give blood. Don't do cardio the same day you give blood. Drink some extra water and make sure you get plenty of iron (treat yourself to some steak, or, if you're really hard core, some liver).
It's generally a good idea to line up giving blood with cheat days and off days so you don't have to worry about stuff like this. Giving blood can take more out of you than you think - let yourself recover for a day or so, especially if you feel woozy or sick.
