Get on a machine / go out sprinting, and simply knock your pan in until you think your heart is coming out of your chest and your lungs burn. Stop, count the number of beats in the next 15 seconds, multiply by 4 and Ta-Daaaa!
Easy.

The simple formula is 220- age or 220-22= 198. The there is one by Londeree and Moeschberger from the University of Missouri-Columbia that says 220- (0.711* age) which for you would be 204. Or Miller et al from Indiana University said 220 - (.85*age) or for you = 201.
The best way is get your doctor to set up a stress test to see how your heart is doing.
