I did my BF measurement via the U.S. Navy Circumference method from a link Rtestes gave. I have also tried it on the Mybody.com onlime calculator. But I got a little stumped on that one. It asks for a chest measurement just above the nipples. Obviously not only is this goign to have different meaning for men and women, but also different women are "endowed" differently. Isn't that going to throw of the measurement? :d_confuse

Sounds like it was set up for males to measure upper chest. I suggest women measure with tape under arms excluding breast in measurement.

As one of those who are "endowed" differently I also did a double take at mybodycomp.com! Though when I started at my gym they took my chest measurement at my armpits...above the breasts. However they weren't measuring my body fat, just circumference.
When I did try to do my BF at the site it came up higher than the caliper measuremnts they had taken at the gym two weeks earlier....this was two weeks of regular working out, 5 pounds gone and eating well...so I have no idea which is right.

I measured including breasts for mybodycomp.com - but then again I am no longer that well endowed. :P Measuring under the armpits will probably decrease my BF a bit I am thinking, but I don't know if it'd be accurate. I'll try it and see.
Didn't make too much of a difference - 17.99% with the higher chest measurement, 17.83 with the lower.
