Hello people,

Its happening, I'm starting to see results. So far in a month I've lost 9 pounds. Today is the first day that I will be watching what I eat strictly and eating sensibly, losing the weight so far has been purely through gym and playing football (soccer, to my american friends)

In fact my stamina and fitness is really good at the moment so I cant want to 'Fuel' myself correctly and see how much better that makes me feel, Playing football was good yesterday as a player in the opposition found it highly amusing that he was being marked by me and assumed he'd run me around, the comment 'Your really fit for a big lad' at the end only served to inspire me more!

Annnnd a random guy at work asked me what diet I was following and stunned to see I wasnt on a one just being sensible.

I've got a digital camera now to. So I'll take some progress pics and post when I can work out how!!! :claphigh:

Wow! If you've done this well without watching the diet, you're going to really be pleased now. Congratulations.

Good work, man!

You won't regret taking your day to day diet on sensibly and systematically. It will make your gains much quicker, make you feel better, and give you more energy.
