Greetings,
I am new to this site, I found it about 3 weeks ago. I have found a lot of good info in these forums.
On July 23rd I started a Weight Loss / Workout program I was at 196 lbs. As of yesterday I am down to 181 lbs.
I go to Bally Total Fitness 6 days a week and have cut down on the fried foods, mayo, cheese etc. I drink more water but I still drink 3 - 4 can of coke a day, but now 1 - 2 of the can are Diet Coke.
The weight came off quick the first 2 - 3 weeks, but now it's not comming off so fast. Two weeks ago I started taking one Cortislim capsule in the morning. I don't know if the Cortislim works or not...
Anyway if you want to see my Progress click the link below

Hopefully I can keep up this routine until I get down to 165 Lbs. There has been more then 1 days I didn't feel like going down to Bally's for a workout. but latley I feel the need to make sure I get down there.
Hope everyones having a great Labor Day Weekend.

You can do it! Keep going.
Set up a plan that works for you.
No more cokes. Diet cokes only. No sugar snacks at all.
It will take months, but stay with it and it will all come off.
Learn to count calories. Just keep cutting back.
Eventually switch off to healthy foods from processed foods.
Here is an example:
AM: apple
8 egg whites or 4 whole eggs or whey protein shake.
Oatmeal or slice whole wheat toast.

Lunch: grilled chicken breast or fish.
Large serving vegatables. Piece of fruit.

Dinner: same as lunch. Rice, beans. Potato.

Snacks: complex carbs like whole oats, vegetables, corn, potatos, salad (low fat dressing).
shrimp, fish, chicken, whey shake, lean red meat.
A piece of fruit.

Count the calories. Eat enough to feel good then slowly decrease total calories over months. Eat carbs so you don't feel tired.

Eventually switch off to healthy foods from processed foods.

I am planning on going to Whole Foods or Kowalskis tonight and get some of there prepared meals for the rest of the week.
I have an old steamer that I can use to steam chicken breasts and white rice.
